Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of nxgsolution.com and 3D printing requests to NXG. By sending a request you confirm that you have read them. How we process your personal data is described in thePrivacy Policy.

1. Who we are

NXG is an on-demand 3D printing service based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. NXG is not yet a registered company: the service is run by a private individual whose details we provide on request. Contact:[email protected],+359 879 347 731.

2. What we do

We print parts from a 3D file you provide (FDM printing), including prototypes and small batches. Other services, such as 3D modelling, are agreed separately.

3. Price from the calculator

The calculator works out the price automatically from the file and the settings you choose. It is an estimate: we confirm the final price before we start work. Prices are in euros and are final — unless we tell you otherwise when confirming, no fees are added.

4. Request and contract

Sending a request through the site is not an order and doesn't commit you to anything. A contract is made only once we confirm the price, lead time and delivery (by e-mail or phone) and you accept them. Until then you can withdraw the request at any time at no cost. We may decline a request, for example if the part can't be made or falls under section 9.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment is on delivery (cash on delivery) unless we agree otherwise. We ship by courier to the address you give. We confirm the production and delivery time together with the price. Delivery is free unless we agree otherwise when confirming.

6. Made to your file, and the right of withdrawal

Every part is made specifically from your file and settings. That's why, once you have confirmed the order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). This doesn't affect your rights if a part is defective — see section 7.

7. Quality, guarantee and complaints

We are liable for any lack of conformity of a part with what was agreed under the 2-year legal guarantee. If something is wrong, write to[email protected] with the request number and photos. We'll offer a remedy — repair, a new part or a refund — within a reasonable time and no later than one month.

FDM printing builds parts layer by layer: visible layer lines and small dimensional deviations are normal for the technology and aren't defects. We are responsible for the quality of the printing, but not for errors in the file itself or for the part's suitability for a particular use, unless we have expressly agreed to that.

8. Your files

The files you send us remain yours. By sending them you confirm that you have the right to have the part printed — that it doesn't infringe copyright, a trademark or a patent. If you downloaded the model from a site such as MakerWorld, Printables or Thingiverse, check its licence: many models don't allow paid printing by a third party. We use the files only to calculate the price and make the parts, don't share them, and delete them within the periods in the Privacy Policy.

9. What we won't print

We may decline any request, including weapons or weapon parts, items that are illegal to make or own, counterfeit or unlicensed branded items, or anything we believe infringes third-party rights or is unsafe.

10. Liability

We are liable under Bulgarian law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for intent, gross negligence or harm to life and health.

11. Disputes

If there's a problem, write to us — we try to resolve everything directly. You can also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and its conciliation committees for out-of-court dispute resolution. Bulgarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim before the courts there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Each request is governed by the version published at the time it was sent.
