Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use nxgsolution.com — the price calculator, print requests and the contact form — why we do it, how long we keep the data and what your rights are.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of the personal data described here is NXG, an on-demand 3D printing service based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. NXG is not yet a registered company: the service is run by a private individual who is responsible for processing your data and whose details we provide on request. For anything about your data, write to[email protected].
2. What data we collect
- Price calculator: the 3D files you upload (STL or 3MF) and the settings you choose. The files usually contain no personal data.
- Request: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, your notes, the parts in the request and small preview images of the models.
- Contact form: name, e-mail, message and an attached file, if any.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and time of requests in the server logs, and your country (determined by Cloudflare from the IP address) to choose the language on your first visit.
We don't collect card details — payment is on delivery. Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name, e-mail, phone and address we can't process a request.
3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

We don't use your data for advertising, don't sell it, don't build profiles and don't make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share the data with
Only with providers who help us deliver the service, and only as much as they need:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — the servers that host the site, the database and the files.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — the network every visit to the site passes through (protection and fast delivery).
- Resend — sending the request e-mails.
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where we receive your messages and request notifications.
- Courier company — name, phone and address when we ship a parcel to you.
- Public authorities — only when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data in the United States. This is based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep the data

After these periods the data is deleted automatically.
7. Security
The site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS). The data and files are stored on servers in Germany, the files are not publicly accessible, and access to requests is protected and restricted.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a machine-readable format (portability), and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at[email protected] — we'll reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592,www.cpdp.bg, or with the data protection authority where you live.
9. Data in your browser
What we keep on your device so the site and the calculator work is described in the Cookie Policy.
10. Children
The site isn't aimed at anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If we change how we process data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
